hey we all went amazing today we now have 2 Victorian champions Kat and Ryan Lindner!!!

Kat: first in adult point sparring and first in veterans 40+ she did incredible against the blackbelt women

Ryan Lindner: first in point sparring and second in continuous sparring never gave up even when he got tired

Hayley Lindner: third in open continuous sparring hard competition and judge discrepancy

Max Taylor: fourth in forms best form i have seen from this young man

Ryan Tucker: didn't place same came down to split decision still proud of his performance

Mitchell Lindner: didnt place lost i first round competition was tough and i have stuff to work on

I am extremely proud of all of you regardless of placement

thank you to everyone who attended today

Scott/Dee, Greg/Beth, Raquell, mum/ dad and the Donovan family we couldnt do this without you

we came home with 5 medals and the student who didnt place are improving out of sight

please bring medals on Saturday

EVENT TOMORROW!!
Good evening everyone, my name is Mitchell Lindner, I own and operate a Karate school (Golden Dragon Karate) in Romsey.
We provide our students with the skills, confidence and discipline needed in everyday life.
Classes are available for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Come participate in our family run activities.
Every Saturday we have coffee and cake for the parents on hand.
Saturday the 7th is our OPEN DAY where anyone who is interested can come and give it a try, free of charge 😀
