Teams will be advised this Friday evening prior to commencing Round 1. Under 8’s & Under 6’s will be introduced to Coaches at Round 2.

A big thank you to 𝑨𝒃𝒃𝒚 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑽𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 for taking the time to come and chat with our players about all things healthy eating and fuelling our bodies 🙌

Abby shared some fantastic, practical tips around nutrition for training, game day and everyday life — such a valuable session for our players, and we’re so grateful for the time and knowledge she gave 💛

This session was organised by the Coach and Manager of one of our ID teams for their players, and we really appreciate the effort that went into creating this opportunity.

We hope the players took plenty away from it… parents, feel free to quiz them 😉
