🌟 Roma District Motorcycle Club – AGM Update 🌟

Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM and for your continued support of the Roma District Motorcycle Club.

We are excited to announce our 2025/2026 Committee, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation to those finishing up in their positions.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Roma District Motorcycle Club AGM has been rescheduled to Thursday, 13th November 2025.

📝 Registrations through Ridernet, please use the below link, NO paper sign on is accepted anymore!!

🛑 Nominations will close Saturday 4th October @ 11:00pm, to allow time for processing of all paperwork for the RPA.

‼️Should you NOT hold an annual MA licence, you MUST purchase accident insurance for $10 to be able to ride. This will be checked at sign on and you will not be able to ride should this not be completed in your online registration.

Please make sure all riders have the following and if you are under the age of 16 it is recommended you have body armour to be able to enter the track.

As like race events, you are still required to come up to the canteen to advise you’re here for an online check in and we will still use the paper sign on sheet for volunteers!!

Get ready for a full day of riding fun at our RPA Day!

🏕 Camping available
• Gates open Saturday 4th October @ 3:00pm
• Stay Saturday night OR Sunday night!
• On Sunday night, stick around to watch the NRL Grand Final on the big screen at the club 🍻🏉

• Sign On: 7:00am
• Riders Briefing: ~8:00am
• Riding Starts: ~8:30am

Bring your bikes, your mates, and your camping gear – it’s going to be an awesome weekend of riding, spending time with your mates and family!

📢 Event Cancellation Notice

Unfortunately, due to the lack of entries and not enough numbers to constitute the classes, the Committee has been placed in the difficult position of making the call to cancel the event.

We understand the disappointment this brings to our riders, families, and supporters who were looking forward to the weekend.

Refunds will be issued in the coming days, and you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

👉 For those who ordered shirts, we will require your postal details so these can be sent out in due time. Please send through your details so we can make arrangements.

We would also like to thank the Roma Club for the opportunity to host this event. Please continue to show your support to this great club and the work they do for our sport.
