I decided to join a few of my clients in the snap 6 week had challenge.
I had spent the 12 months prior to this, being consistent in the gym but not following any type of plan and eating whatever crap I wanted. I was the strongest 💪 i have ever been but also felt pretty crap 😩. I was fit and strong but my diet was affecting my progress. So it was time for a change!
Following a plan saw my strength improve, but also my cardio fitness 🏃. I was also starting to feel sick a lot less and wasn't so tired after my sessions. I also noticed my kids were starting to feel better and our house became a lot calmer 🤯
Since finishing the challenge I have continued to eat healthier, with more protein and work out a balance when it comes to snacking (because who doesn't love cake 🍰 and chocolate🍫 ). I've learned to listen to my body more when it comes to my training and try to follow a plan most of the time.
If I can change my body this much in just 1 year, imagine the progress you could make too! Feeling better doesn't have to mean starving yourself and training 7 days a week! 🚫
