Roleystone JFC would love to see a design by one of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members be selected for the 2027 NAIDOC Ball Design Competition! 🖤💛

The PFL invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members from across the PFL community to design the official football for the 2027 NAIDOC Round.

🏉 Theme: Generations Connected Through Footy

Show us what this theme means to you through your artwork, celebrating the stories, connections and traditions that unite our footy community across generations.

The winning design will feature on the official 2027 NAIDOC Round game ball used across the entire League, plus you'll receive:

🏟️ 4 VIP tickets to the West Coast Eagles v Brisbane Lions match on July 18, including access to our fully catered corporate box
🎁 A $100 New Balance voucher

How to enter:
1️⃣ Head to the link: https://form.jotform.com/261308693874872
2️⃣ Download the design panel and create your artwork (drawn or digital)
3️⃣ Save your design as a JPEG, PNG or PDF
4️⃣ Upload your artwork and a short explanation via the same form

🖤 In 2023, we sadly lost one of our own much loved club members to Sarcoma. Olivia Hunt started her football journey at RJFC as an Auskicker in 2006. She went on to become a promising player for the South Fremantle women’s team and an incredible coach and mentor for our first girls teams in 2017 and 2018. Olivia is sadly missed by all who knew her. 🖤💛

🏅 Sam Saffioti Memorial Medal Recipients 🏅

A huge congratulations to all our 2026 Sam Saffioti Memorial Medal recipients.

At Roleystone Junior Football Club, this special award is presented in memory of our number one Tiger, Sam Saffioti.

Unlike a Best on Ground award, the Sam Saffioti Memorial Medal recognises the qualities that Sam valued most. Coaches select a player who demonstrates great character both on and off the field, someone who always gives their best, embraces learning, supports their teammates, shows respect to coaches and officials, and plays the game with heart.

Sam was a champion of our club. From playing in the club's first-ever team, through his junior football career, to coaching his three sons over 19 years, his passion for the Tigers was unmatched. He loved the underdog, the player whose effort, determination and team-first attitude often go unnoticed.

To all of this year's recipients, be proud of what this medal represents. Congratulations on being recognised for embodying the values that made Sam such a respected and loved member of our club.

📣 ALERT‼️ Road Safety
As you may have heard, a 22 year old Padbury man was killed on Mitchell Freeway while trying to put petrol in his dual cab truck. He was struck by a 30 year old male. Both lives ruined.
If you break down on any major highway or freeway (Mitchell, Reid, Roe, Tonkin, Kwinana, etc) you can get a FREE tow to the nearest exit. Plus an emergency alert vehicle will be sent to help you be visible whilst awaiting the tow.
