FIGHT NIGHT UPDATE

Last night Tyson had his debut fight. To step in the ring for your first fight on a pro card is a huge feat in itself. Tyson faught hard and showed a lot of skill in every round. The whole team is incredibly proud of his performance and can't wait to see him box again.

Next up was Tanaka, THE NEW JUNIOR WELTERWEIGHT STATE CHAMPION.
Tanaka boxed beautifully, ending the fight with a third round stoppage to win the title and the belt. A huge congratulations to Tanaka, the incredible amount of hard work he puts in was on display and the win was well deserved.
A big thank you to Tanaka's head coach Paul whose been an integral part of Tanaka's fight journey. To coach Billy and Keith for their part in T's preparation and being in the corner on fight night and to everyone in the gym who's contributed to T's training and or showed up to support him and the team.

We're hosting a nutrition seminar specifically for boxing/combat sports! Presented by Unleesh Sports Nutrition, the session will cover how to support training and recovery (without under-eating), structure nutrition across a fight camp, make weight safely and effectively (fat loss vs weight cuts), post weigh-in recovery strategies (rehydration, refuelling, fight-day prep) and nutrition for injury management. Take home information and resources will also be provided to help you fuel your fight goals.
