I tried something new for my workout this morning!
Before I got there I had all these thoughts and doubts racing through my head like:
🔸What if I'm terrible?
🔸What if no-one talks to me?
🔸What if I fall on my face?
Of course, everyone was lovely and helpful and I didn't fall on my face 😅
But it got me thinking about these limiting beliefs and how they can so easily stop us from doing the things we want to do.
Whether it's joining a gym or taking a new class, we talk ourselves out of it before we even begin because it's something new and our of our comfort zone.
Of course we aren't going to be the best at something the first time we do it! We're going to face challenges and make mistakes (and maybe fall on our face!) but that shouldn't stop us from trying.
Every single person doubts themselves from time to time.
But if we let our doubts stop us from taking action before we're the best at something, we'll never know what we can do and we'll miss out on a lot of experiences.
