Absolutely 0 alterations to the dress, just strength training classes and this dress fits beautifully. And check out that definition coming through in her back ! 💪
I had her tell me a few times the scale has gone up, which got her feeling deflated, and losing motivation but scales only weigh WEIGHT not FAT
Your weight is made up of muscles, bones, water, blood, organs, and fat.
Scales are not accurate. Photos are your best bet .
