Players Poker was started originally at CQ Leagues Club in November 2010 providing professionally run poker tournaments to the clubs patrons. In November 2013 The Frenchville Sports club joined under the same banner to provide fun, free poker tournaments to patrons. You don't have to be a professional to play all poker levels from beginner to pro are welcomed. With our one of a kind chip system, '

It is with another heavy heart players that we regret to inform you we have lost another soul.

We are lost for words
We will miss everything about you as a player and a friend at the tables. Your wisdom and guidance helped so many throughout the many years you played.

His service is 2pm Friday 23rd September, East Chapel
North Rockhampton Cemetary

We are looking to hold a memorial game in his honour that weekend.
Will be nutting out details tonight with the great guys at APL Rockhampton and will keep you posted

Hey there players, we know its been awhile.
The frenchville has changed what your final,that was due to be played in April, so here's some details.
If you are a member of the club and your details are up to date you should have received a sms for this week, head into the club before 8pm Sunday 23rd Aug and swipe your card at the member kiosk, it will print a ticket specifically for poker players on the finals list. Place this ticket in the barrel provided and there will be 16 players drawn Mon 24th Aug to win $100 each.
If it doesn't print a ticket please see reception they have a list.
I will post the list later this afternoon as admin is at work.
We apologise as this was not what we had in mind and not how we wanted our final to be.
We hope your all safe and well
If you have any questions please direct them to frenchville staff as this is all we know

As you may have been aware all entertainment services have been forced to close.
For now it means a well earned rest for our team.
We will keep you up to date with things as they happen but unfortunately it means no poker for awhile.
We hope you all stay safe and well through this and we will see you at a felt in the future
