Version II of my children’s dance fitness inspiration book includes an updated entire page of Jacki Glass who left this world from Breast Cancer. I remember to clearly on our trip to the USA for the very first Zumba Cruise in the Caribbean when she showed me the lump in her breast.

I was shocked and frightened at how hard it was, but she assured me she had it looked at before she left, but didnt have the results back yet.

When we got back from the trip of a lifetime it was GAME ON! Despite all the setbacks, pain and roller coaster she ALWAYS remained positive, GRATEFUL, giving & optimistic.

Jacki left a very clear message to all those touched to not sweat the small stuff and enjoy life!

Love Jacki to bits and seeing this updated page fills me up with bouncing joy bubbles inside.

I know children will continue to love this book of inspiration and I’m so happy Jacki lives on inside a book dedicated to hope, joy and happiness which is everything she stood for.

I believe we are all born innocent, joyful and light. It’s your duty in life to keep your light shining, to nurture love for yourself and others and to live with purpose and passion. My journey has definable not been easy. I make mistakes, I hurt people unintentionally, I doubt myself and my decisions...but I stay committed to following my passions and doing what lights me up. I hope that this inspires you to seek out what lights you up and take steps towards it too. Lets do this thing called life together, fellow dreamseeker!

Did anyone else grow up in the 80’s? What were your fav songs? I remember dancing in front of the TV during Saturday morning “rage” to Madonna which I thought the lyrics were “strike a POST” instead of “POSE”, so id go around banging my head as if it rebounded from being slammed on a post!
Any embarrassing memories? I give you permission to share, laugh and trip down memory lane!
P.s. my bedroom looked NOTHING like this. We had 2 x bunk beds and 4 kids squashed into a two bedroom house!
