Browne Park stadium upgrades to begin in late 2022

Heavy machinery for a $25 million redevelopment of Rockhampton’s Browne Park will move onto the Wandal stadium next year.

POSITION VACANT - Groundskeeper & Maintenance Operator – Browne Park, Rockhampton

The Management of Browne Park Inc, invites applications for the position of Groundskeeper and Maintenance Operator for Browne Park, the home of Rugby League in Central Queensland.
Duties include but are not limited to mowing of the field, whipper snippering inside and outside of the facility, w**d eradication, marking the field, watering the field, cleaning of toilets, grandstands, dressing sheds, waste removal, regular maintenance of the facility, cleaning of machinery and restocking of toilet supplies.

Prior experience as a groundsman, in operating and maintaining small machinery and small facility repairs is an advantage.
