It is June already. The days, weeks and months are flying by. How are your goals going for 2022? Maybe a reset and revisit is needed. How are you going getting onto the yoga mat? I know with yoga everyday it will boost your health. Well it does for me anyway. I will be doing half of the challenge this month as I am off on a holiday. Wow Thursday already. I hope you have had time to spend on the yoga mat or doing something to unwind. I am looking forward to my class this arvo. I have been challenging myself this week to learn something new each day even if it's as simple as some of the different functions on my phone it's amazing what I have learnt. We often get so busy we only work with what's familiar. Here is a lovely little thought for your day.

Happy Monday on the full moon day. May your week be peaceful. I spent a beautiful weekend at a yoga retreat.
