🧑‍🩰 STATIC POLE 🧑‍🩰

Static pole is a great apparatus to start your pole journey, building upper body strength and learning how to create momentum in turns on the pole. No experience is needed - just bring a positive energy.

🗓️ 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (elite + only)
🗓️ 6:30pm Wednesday
🗓️ 10am Saturday

What to bring :
💥 Active wear (shorts and shirt)
