The Skyline was originally nominated to attend, however the new clutch didn't arrive in time. So a last minute decision was made to take the pontiac and were so glad we did!

Dan Visser finally got to have some awesome runs with little to no problems. First good run and he realised very quickly that the braking area wasn't going to be long enough. Luckily he managed to just stop in time for the return road. But this meant we dropped from racing in Street Eliminator to Testing 1/8 mile only. He still had a blast and had no issues until the last day when the car shut off after attempting to launch. Got towed back to the pit and after investigating we established she had only been running on 6 cylinders instead of 8 and the rocker studs had come loose. Parked her up as we decided we had had a successful weekend with no major breakages (almost unheard of for us. Lol) and that we were better off sorting them at home instead of at the track.

So now we have brakes to upgrade and a possible chute to purchase. Some minor fixes to do now before we have her back on track at CQDRA - Benaraby Dragway this weekend for more testing. Very keen to see what Dan and the Pontiac can achieve this weekend.

A massive shoutout to Lorraine Caruana Barney Caruana Jetayah Visser Sean Patrick Brett Mandy Collins for an absolutely amazing road trip! We had the best time with you all and we are looking forward to our next adventure.

Absolutely epic effort from Jetayah Visser - Vizztech Motorsports at Northern Nats at Springmount Raceway last weekend! She made the very long trip north to put on a show and she certainly did that! We are very proud of her efforts in this sport. Keep it up Jetayah Visser!

Jetayah Visser - Vizztech Motorsports attended the Nitro Champs in Sydney this weekend. Unfortunately she came off her bike Saturday morning. After being checked out by medics, getting the all clear, and a few repairs to the bike, she was straight back out there! We are so proud of how strong she is and how quickly she is building her confidence back.

The sport of drag racing has so many positives but the main one being how supportive and caring everyone is towards each other. Huge thank you to all who assisted Jetayah Visser over the weekend.

The skyline is still currently out of action. New clutch is on the way but she is sitting on stands at the moment waiting patiently.

Late friday night, Nikki Visser was very generously given the opportunity to race Rumblebee at Torque Time No Prep on the weekend. Huge thanks to Brett Mandy Collins from Brett Collins Racing for the opportunity to get more seat time. This was her first time racing a Ute and first time using nitrous! Nikki had a blast in this car!

If you are looking to get into drag racing and want a purpose built car that is exceptionally nice to drive, holds straight and is super fun, then Rumblebee is for sale! This is very well priced and perfect for anyone wanting to start racing. Link is below with all of the details.

Pontiac Firebird update!

Another major change for pontiac done. The carbies are gone and conversion to efi completed.

Decided to take her out to CQDRA - Benaraby Dragway for Torque Time No Prep on the weekend. Dan Visser managed 2 really good runs during testing, the rest not so much. Bit more tuning to do and she will be good to go.

However, an issue with alternator stopped our weekend after race 1. No major issues as such which is fantastic. Now to order the new alternator and have her ready for the next race meeting.

The late nights, time and money that have gone into this car over the past 18 months was all worth it once she made it down the track with no issues. It was so good to see dan racing and the pontiac finally making a run.

A huge thank to everyone that supports us and to our drag racing friends that have seen all the downs we have had and celebrated with us, the well overdue up we had on the weekend.

For those that don't know our race team has recently expanded to include Nikki's R33 Skyline!

Nikki tested the Skyline at Benaraby Dragway a couple of weekends ago. Unfortunately the clutch let us down and cut our weekend short.

Now looking for new clutch and potentially transmission options to suit our build.
