From our very first classes four years ago to some of our last this week — today marks the end of an era with The Pilates Studios, our very first Pilates baby, as it evolves into its next chapter 💫
TPS has always been full of heart and character, built around the most incredible community of people. Some have asked if I’m sad, but honestly, I’m not — I’m excited for what’s next: Forme, CHQ, and The Breath Sanctuary (still to come!). It doesn’t feel like an ending, just a beautiful evolution. Our new studios are built on the strong foundation that TPS created 🤍
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped create and run TPS behind the scenes - like Mark Hill, Ron, Leith, Tracey and team at Marketing Mafia and of course my family — for all of your hard work, support, and patience!
Thank you to everyone who came to move, sweat, laugh, and connect in the studio - for your support for each other and for me and the TPS team — thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you to the incredible team of instructors who brought their magic to every class helping to create a space where everyone felt seen, supported, and inspired.
All of you made TPS what it was!
