The clinic is open to junior athletes between the ages of 9 and 15 from all sports and skill levels looking to improve their speed, agility, fitness and overall athletic ability.
The sessions are tailored to individual needs. Unlike other clinics our low coach-to-athlete ratio ensures a more personalised approach and attention to detail for maximum improvement.

The clinic will be coached by Paul Nancarrow a level IV elite sprints coach, with over 35 years coaching experience - inc former Taiwanese National Sprints Coach and having won premierships with the Sydney Roosters & Newcastle Jets as a sprints / strength & conditioning coach.
