🥊 ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT DAY DONE & DUSTED! 🥊

A massive congratulations to everyone who made the trip to Sarina and represented SPG at another fantastic Development Day at The Den! 🐍🔥

It was an awesome day jam-packed with Muay Thai, plenty of laughs, some great match-ups and a whole lot of new skills and experience picked up along the way.

A very special mention to those who stepped in and competed in their very first match — what an achievement! 👏🏼 You all showed incredible heart, grit and courage getting in there and giving it everything you had. That willingness to challenge yourself, learn and keep showing up is exactly what SPG is all about. We couldn’t be prouder of you! 💪🏼🐍

A huge thank you to The Den and everyone involved behind the scenes for having us and putting on such a cracker of a day. The matches were extremely well matched, the atmosphere was unreal, and it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves and supporting one another.

Days like these are what development is all about — gaining experience, building confidence, learning something new and walking away better than when you arrived.

Plenty of Muay Thai, plenty of fun and even more laughs to finish the day. ❤️

Well done to everyone who stepped up, helped out, supported the team and represented SPG with pride.

🥊 POWERHOUSE FIGHT NIGHT 🥊

A huge congratulations to our boys Tristan & Luke on their performances at Powerhouse Fight Night in Mackay on Saturday night. 🐍🔥

Although we didn’t come home with the wins we were chasing, that’s the fight game. Every time you step into that ring, there’s experience to gain, lessons to take home and things to sharpen for the next one.

Both boys put in an incredible amount of hard work throughout camp and stepped into the ring ready to do exactly what we love. It was an unreal night of fights, plenty of entertainment, and an all-round top-tier experience. We couldn’t be prouder of the way Tristan and Luke represented themselves and Snake Pit Gym. 🐍

A massive congratulations and thank you also goes to their two very tough opponents — Jace from Ronin Academy and Aydan from Mang Gon Thai Boxing. Absolute warriors and an absolute pleasure to share the ring with. Nothing but respect. 🤝

We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to Jun and the entire Powerhouse team for putting together such a fantastic show and making the night possible. SPG is incredibly appreciative to be invited onto the Powerhouse stage and for the way our fighters, coaches and team are always welcomed. It’s a privilege to be part of events like these and to share the sport we love with such a great Muay Thai community. 🙏🏼

We take the lessons, get back in the gym, make the adjustments and keep moving forward.

Tristan and Luke have officially made weight and are locked in for battle tonight! 🥊

We couldn’t be prouder of these two and the dedication they’ve shown throughout this entire fight camp. The hard rounds, the sacrifices, the discipline, the tough sessions and everything that happens behind the scenes to get to this moment — they’ve put in the work.

A massive thank you to everyone who has played a part in getting these boys here — our coaches, training partners, teammates, families and everyone who has supported them throughout camp. Fight camp is never a one-man job, and every round, every push and every bit of support has helped prepare them for tonight. ❤️‍🔥

The preparation is done. The weight is made. Now there’s nothing left to do but step into that ring and leave it all in there.

🤩 SCHOOL HOLIDAY SHAKE-UP! 🤩

For the remainder of the school holidays, we’re mixing things up and combining ALL Junior Classes into one action-packed session at 4:15pm! 🥊🔥

That means all ages, all experience levels, and all our junior legends training together for one super fun class full of games, skill-building, teamwork, and plenty of laughs!
Our very own Coach Tristan will be running the sessions, bringing the energy and making every class one to remember. 💪🐍

🥊 REVOLUTION MUAY THAI DEVELOPMENT DAY 🥊

This Saturday we’ll be heading to Revolution Training Centre for their Muay Thai Development Day!

🔥 World Champion Chadd Collins will be running a Muay Thai seminar from 8:00am for $30 per person. This is completely optional, but it’s an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the best in the sport if you’d like to get involved.

If you’re participating in the Development Day or want to, make sure you bring:
✅ All your training gear
✅ Plenty of water
✅ A great attitude!

For those already matched, please arrive between 9:00–9:15am to warm up, get some light rounds in, and meet with the coaches before things get underway.

Coaches Kam and Tristan will be cornering SPG members on the day, while Tayla will be there for the vibes, moral support, and media. 😎📸
