has begun and we need some workouts to be released! Let's begin a gloomy Sunday here in Rockhampton with a workout release!
Workout 1! Competition Corner will have full movement standards and description but we have a barn burner brought to you by himself!
Each partner will end up doing 3 minutes of rowing and 3 minutes of the AMRAP. RX crew will even get to spice up those squats!

Minute 0-1: Partner 1 Row Meters. Partner 2 AMRAP 3 Power Cleans, 6 Pushups, 9 Front Squats
Minute 1-2: Rest and Swap
Minute 2-3: Partner 2 Row Meters. Partner 1 AMRAP 3 Power Cleans, 6 Pushups, 9 Front Squats
Minute 3-4: Rest and Swap
Repeat this entire process two more times!
RX: 60/45 Power Cleans, Pushups, and Front Squats
Int: 60/45 Power Cleans, Pushups, and Air Squats
Beginner: 40/25 Power Cleans, Pushups to a Box, and Air Squats
