Our we age our bodies need a little extra TLC to stay balanced and vibrant.

45 min infrared sauna is time out for me to just sit and let my body heal.
Enjoy some reading, listen to music, or share the experience with a girlfriend for added boost of social connection too!

I’ve been doing regular saunas with my sister and it’s been great way to catch up and connect whilst both making the time to care for ourselves.

Remember, when you take care of you too, you give your family the best of you, not what’s left of you 😘
