SAMANTHA AZZOPARDI - SPRING CHALLENGE 2022 🏅

I’ve gone through three challenges with F3 so far and each has been a great experience for my health and well-being. I find the challenges help me to stay on track and remain consistent with my training, and most importantly keep pushing myself. I love that F3 fosters an environment where I can train in a way that suits my body, substituting exercises and even subbing in physio prescribed exercises! Winning the last challenge came as a welcomed surprise to me but after seeing my final scan results it reaffirmed the positive changes I felt in my body (how my clothes felt/fit, etc). I can’t wait for the next challenge! I’m really looking forward getting in the zone with my fav coach, Coach Sue, and the F3 gym fam 💜💪🏽

ALVI - EMPOWERING WELLNESS CHALLENGE 2022 🏅

I found the challenge difficult but really fun. Prior to starting the challenge (and my membership) most of my training was strength-based at a gym, so my fitness wasn’t the best. After surviving the first few weeks, my fitness levels improved and the workouts became easier to survive ☠️😂. I really enjoyed the team atmosphere and the coaches had a good gauge of how much pressure to apply at the right time to keep you motivated and work through my mental barriers. The challenge ended a lot quicker than expected and it’s hard to see myself changing back to a conventional gym. F3 has become part of my morning ritual and it really is a fitness family.
