It’s one of the biggest honours as an instructor to watch someone walk into the gym and keep coming with an open mind, ready to learn even when it’s hard and especially when they don’t feel like it.

They keep showing up, train with their teammates, and the mats pay dividends. They become more confident, calmer, stronger and more resilient.

The belt is given to them along their journey, it’s hard earned. Multiple black and brown belts agree that the student is ready to level up.

Well done to each of these students for staying on your journey and walking the path as a martial artist on and off the mats.
