After the amazing feedback from this morning’s Body Sculpt class, I gave our 9:30am crew the opportunity to trial it as well and they absolutely loved it 🤎
I’ve had a few messages asking what Body Sculpt is all about.
In short, if you’ve done my Sweat & Build, you’ve already experienced the concept. Body Sculpt follows the same two zone format with a conditioning zone and a weighted zone. The difference is that instead of focusing on heavier weights, Body Sculpt uses lighter weights with higher repetitions to create that sculpting effect while keeping your heart rate elevated.
There is also minimal rest throughout the workout, meaning your constantly moving, whether your in the conditioning zone or the weighted zone. Expect to sweat, feel the burn and leave feeling strong and accomplished.
It’s not a completely new style of training it’s a format we know and love, just programmed with a different focus. Think strength, endurance, conditioning and muscle sculpting all rolled into one class.
