✨ Starting 3rd February 2026 ✨

Becoming a mum changes everything… your body, your energy, your priorities and sometimes your confidence.

As a coach, a mum of 4 myself and someone who works closely with mums every single week, I see how easy it is for you to fall to the bottom of the list. And I want you to know this… you deserve to feel strong, supported and confident in your body again.💪

My 8 week Mums & Bubs program is about more than just exercise.
It’s about gently rebuilding strength post partum, improving fitness safely, and creating space for you while your little one is right there beside you 👶✨

No pressure.
No “bounce back” culture.
Just supportive training, real guidance, and a room full of mums who get it.

I've got a 8 week exercise transformation program designed SPECIFICALLY for ladies like you! 🥳🥳
I've designed this to be only 2 x one hour training sessions with me per week, so you don't have to spend hours in the gym and can still focus on your family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

In these two sessions Tuesday’s and Thursday morning from 10-11am, you will be training in a small group of other mums and you will;

✨ Learn the basics of strength training.
✨ Have One on One coaching
✨ Our own private time slot

We’ve officially wrapped up the first week of our 8-week Mums & Bubs Program — and what an amazing start it’s been! 💪🍼💕

From gentle movement to postnatal fitness, connection, and community, it’s been a joy seeing our mums show up, support each other, and share special moments with their little ones.

To all our wonderful participants: you’re doing incredibly well, and we can’t wait to see how you grow stronger (and more confident!) over the next 7 weeks. 💖

LADIES THIS ONES FOR YOUUU!

Does lifting weights make you “Bulky”??

The answer in my opinion is …… If that’s your goal! 🤩

If you are wanting to gain hardcore muscle, you are going to eat to suit, you are going to train to suit and your results will follow accordingly. 💪🏋️‍♀️

If your lifting for general health and wellbeing lifting weights has multiple benefits. It concentrates on developing muscular strength, boosting muscle tone and improving overall physical performance, as opposed to aerobic activities, which primarily target calorie burning and endurance improvement.

For me it was all about getting some curvature. 🍑

WHY DO WE WAIT? I hear so many people at the end of the year say “I’m going to do (whatever it may be) in the new year.”...

WHY DO WE WAIT?

I hear so many people at the end of the year say
“I’m going to do (whatever it may be) in the new year.”
I know this because I did it too… but…

Why not start straight away?
Why wait for a new year?
Why not just a new day 🤔🤗

I wrote in my goals that I wanted to start journaling.. I wanted to start in 2024, but then I thought, why wait? Why does it need to be another 2 weeks before I start driving towards my goals?

Why not get ahead of the new year and come BLAZING into it with a new outlook. 🤷‍♀️🤩

I mean I have new goals written, I have a plan, I KNOW what I want from 2024 so why wait??

2024 I’m coming for you before I’ve even welcomed you! 😉

HARD TRUTHS 🫶

No excuses.. 🚫

When juggling Work, 4 Kids, Sports, Appointments,Meetings etc…
Some days are Easy, Some are bloody HARD! 😓

You may see the results quickly or it may take a little time.
The last 3 months have been quite a journey for me.
2 months ago (11th of October to be exact). I did a post on my running and not wanting to actually post it because I didn’t like my tummy in it.
I did it anyway.. BUT… I also made the choice to do something about it from how it made me feel at the time. 😣

I RAMPED THINGS UP!☝️

I kicked my own butt into training EVERYDAY again.. I kept up my good eating 🥦🍌🫐🥑
I listened to Personal development EVERYDAY!

I’m proud to say..”I DID THE WORK!” 🥳

Becoming Healthier and Fitter is a journey. Most likely one of the biggest you will ever take, I know this was the case for me.
There’s a process to it.. it takes Time and Patience and You need to have a Whole lot of love for yourself.

At first you may have NONE of these,but here in lies the Process..

Start by incorporating ONE small change.

Cant get up early? - Try for 15 minutes earlier than your wake time now. ⏰

Can’t eat healthy? - Try adding one vegetable to EVERY meal. 🥦

Can’t exercise? - Go for a half an hour walk EVERYDAY. 🚶‍♀️

AND…. JUST KEEP SWIMMING 🏊‍♀️

HELP ME HELP OTHERS 🙏💖💛

Over the years my family has been touched by cancer of many different forms. Some of my immediate family and relatives have passed and some we have been to grateful to be able to see them thrive in this lifetime. 🙏🥹

I myself have had some nasties taken off my cervix and even that experience alone which is MINOR compared to others is not a pleasant thing to go through.

Each month I personally donate to the McGrath foundation and The Cancer Council so I can do my best to help other families who are also victims to this horrible disease.

When I first wanted to start my Mums and Bubs class, I knew I wanted it to one day be able to support Cancer Charities.
Designing my t-shirts of course I had Pink in mind 💖

As October is now Pinktober I will be doing another order of my shirts to raise money for the McGrath Foundation.
