Telehealth services are now available upon request directly to Ashley and Tom.
Whether you are on self-isolation or reducing the risk of outside exposure we are here to help you stay fit, continue or begin your rehabilitation journey or to give you structured exercise programs for home.

Now we are approved by Medicare for services under an enhanced primary care and these sessions are now 100% Bulk Billed.

We are also offering $35 in-house consultations (Limited Time Only). Currently we are pending approval for health insurance and anticipate approval within the week.

Yes , We are continuing to uphold our strenuous disinfecting cleaning regime. Our small exercise rehabilitation centre provides an allied health profession and remains an essential service supported by the government.

All services will remain as normal and in fact may be one of the few places you can train with fitness equipment.

We are still covered by all major health insurance providers, DVA, workers compensation and Medicare.

Covid- 19 and Form and Functional Fitness.

Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to read this email about the implications of the current virus and using our fitness clinic. We are aware of the seriousness of the Covid-19 virus, and have implemented extra precautions to minimise the risk. We all need to work together to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading the virus.

Staff members are required to spray disinfectant and wipe all equipment between clients. Extra cleanliness measures have been implemented even if those items have not been used. Staff will also be reducing hands on therapy within sessions. We are also staying up to date with developments of the Covid-19 virus, and are focussing on scientific research to assist our decisions.

As we value and respect all our clients, we require you to please bring a fresh towel for use whilst in the clinic. Please wash, sanitize and disinfect prior and post exercise. Please bring personal water bottle to drink your water from.

If you have any flu-like symptoms please contact your GP for advice, and call the clinic to reschedule your appointment until you are well again.

Please note (to reduce your stress) sneezing is not in any way associated as a symptom with the COVID-19. This has also been officially cleared by WHO (World Health Organisation)

I would personally like to thank all of the form and functional fitness community for your ongoing support and look forward to seeing you in the clinic again soon.

Entrance Fransisco Street CLOSED.

We have been notified by MainRoadsWA that our Fransisco street entrance will be closed until Wednesday (27th November) afternoon. If you can make it to Great eastern highway and then enter Orrong Road our entrance is opened on that side.

Alternatively please park; across the road in Fransisco Place and walk across the road. Or alternatively park in Surrey Road.

Hi Guys,

This week we will be looking at the Lying Hamstring Curl. This is a great exercise to train the strength into those hamstring muscles without the need for weights!

A few key teaching points:
β€’ Make a stable base with your hands to ensure you stay balanced and dont strain your back.
β€’ Curl your heels right the way down to your bum to ensure a full range of motion
β€’ Engage that core and keep a straight torso from shoulders to hips.

This we will look into ways you can get more active at work! This is great for people who struggle to find time to exercise.

1. Active Commute - Getting stuck in traffic for hours at a time as you commute to work is never fun. Instead of driving and getting frustrated at traffic, take public transport, drive and park further away and walk or even cycle to work!!

2. Get up and moving for lunch!
Find a nice park or go for a walk on your lunch break, get up and move rather than sitting down to eat lunch at your desk!

3. Volunteer to go for the coffee run - stick your hand up to go do the coffee run!

The biggest thing is to get up and get moving!
