Meal prep doesn’t have to be hard!

5 lunch meals made for the week in the space of 30 minutes with only a few ingredients.

- 500g 5 star lean mince (less fat)
- Packet of mixed vegetables and spinach
- Sauce, salt & pepper
- Basmati rice

I weighed and divided everything up into 5 meals.

If you have a goal, you’ll do the work to achieve it.

It has been awhile between posts hasn’t it!

Sometimes we need to step away from things in life to reassess.

Life has been pretty tough, yet so rewarding the last 6+ months. I’ve lost a lot but gained so much more.

I’m working Full Time at Lorna Jane which I love, so currently not doing Personal Training sessions but my books are still open for Online Coaching.

I want this page and my coaching to be more than just fitness. I want it to be about self love, self respect, being you and being so damn unapologetic about it.

I want to help women and men to see and become their full potential. I want to see you thrive and love your life, love yourself and love your training, like I do.

I’m opening up a few spots online for a discounted price of $40 per week.

Just a reminder you don’t have to have it all together and you don’t have to know how exactly to get to your end goal.

The best thing to do is just put 1 foot in front of the other and take one day at a time 🙂

Hey! Just a reminder that we’ve all been beginners. Every single one of us.

We didn’t just wake up one morning with a big bum or a flat stomach (we all can dream haha)

Your story will be different. Be proud of your journey. Don’t compare it to others.

If you put in the effort, be consistently every day, every week, every month, you’ll reap the rewards. Just remember that good things take time.

Choose your hard!

So often we back fall back into the things that feel ‘easy’ and ‘comfortable’ because when we’re doing something new it feels foreign and hard.

Think about this:

Would you prefer to be in the exact same spot you’re in now, 12 months from now?

Or

Do you want to look back in 12 months times and think WOW I f**ken did it!

Only you can change the narrative and take the reigns of your life.

Take this as your sign to do the things that are ‘hard’ and make you feel uncomfortable because that’s where the real growth lies and you’ll never regret it, I promise you that!

“My coach is my personal cheerleader. They are providing me the tools and guidance that I need and supporting me in my journey to become the best version of me”
