Meal prep doesn’t have to be hard!
5 lunch meals made for the week in the space of 30 minutes with only a few ingredients.
- 500g 5 star lean mince (less fat)
- Packet of mixed vegetables and spinach
- Sauce, salt & pepper
- Basmati rice
I weighed and divided everything up into 5 meals.
If you have a goal, you’ll do the work to achieve it.
