Improving flexibility = moving better in the water! 💪

In May, we kicked off the first of three flexibility workshops with Andrew, one of our Masters swimmers and an experienced rhythmic gymnastics and calisthenics coach.

From stretching techniques to muscle activation, our swimmers gained practical tips they can take straight into training and competition.

We're excited to keep building on these skills with one more workshop coming up soon! 😃

We are SO excited to launch our NEW Seniors Artistic Swimming Classes and discover a fun way to stay active, meet new people and try something different in the water!

Wednesday nights at Aquahub have been filled with plenty of laughs, learning new skills and building confidence in the water. No experience needed – just a willingness to give it a go.
