We have free weights plus cardio equipment for those looking for a more traditional personal training experience. MVC’s FOUR FIGHTERS.
Carson. James. Heaven. Ettan

They crossed the Water, hit Hobart, and walked straight into Tasmania’s Fire. 🔥🥊 But they didn’t just feel the blaze. they made it ROAR.

Absolutely Packed house.
Cracking bouts. Hands flying. Hearts loud. Crowd Proud. This was Boxing done Right.

A Next Level tournament, run by people who care. For the Sport. For the Kids. For every Fighter Brave enough to step through the ropes.

Tasmania was Ready. MVC was Hungry.

Carson shone Bright. First fight. First win.
Cool head. Sharp hands. Big future within.

James fell short on the cards,
But not in Heart.

Ettan and Heaven went to War.
Toe to toe, Punch for punch, Round for round.
Two cracking fights that shook the ground.

Win or Lesson, MVC came to Grow.
No Backwards steps. No shallow talk,
Huge Heart, Hunger, Fast Hands.
And Courage for all.

A Great Interclub hit-out with Andy Briggs, a great mate and friend of MVC, and his Boys from Precision MMA & Conditioning.

Rounds rolled, Styles clashed, Pressure built.

And everyone walked out Better for it.
That’s the beauty of good Sparring.

It sharpens the Skills.

Builds Respect.

Some People throw punches.
Some People throw Lifelines. 🥊❤️🌏

This week, one of MVC Boxing’s truly Legendary members, Nandy Gurr, received the Insignia of the Order of Timor-Leste from His Excellency, President José Ramos-Horta.

For more than two decades, Nandy has quietly walked beside communities in Timor-Leste with Compassion, Care and unwavering Heart.

Helping children Learn
Helping families Rise.
Helping communities build something stronger than survival.

Hope.

Through scholarships, feeding programs, safe spaces, Tetum learning materials, student hostels and community-led projects, Nandy has spent years giving to others without ever asking for attention in return.

And through Spend It Well, she has helped oversee the building of 27 remote government schools, along with playgrounds, gardens and furniture for children who simply deserved a better chance.

That’s the thing about truly Great People…

They don’t need the spotlight.
Because their actions Light the way.

At MVC, we often speak about Community.
About lifting People and Rising Together.
About showing up.
About having the Courage to stand when it’s easier to fall.

Nandy lives and breathes these virtues.

The same Heart she brings to MVC each and every week, she also stretches across the Sea.

The same kindness that fills a Gym.
fills Classrooms, Villages and Lives far beyond our own streets.

And that is exactly what real Strength is.

Not attention.
Not Ego.
Not Power.

Presence.

Tonight had HEART ❤️ written all over it. 🥊⚽🔥

MVC Boxing had the pleasure of putting Ringwood City Soccer Club through their paces, and what a sight it was to see.

They showed up with Spirit.
They dug in with Pride.
They moved with Fire🔥 and gave from Inside.

Every round had Effort.
Every face had Fight.
Every person in the room, helped lift the Night.

There was Courage in the work.
Energy in the Air.
Dedication in every drill.
And Heart everywhere.

Huge respect to every player, coach and supporter who stepped into one of MVC Boxing’s Legendary sessions and gave themselves to the moment.

And to all our Volunteer Trainers.

You are the Heartbeat of this Club, the steady Pulse.
The helping Hands, and the Spirit that keeps People connected.

MVC Boxing is Special, because it was built this way.

Not just with Gloves.
Not just with Rounds.
But with People, who lift others from the ground.
