MyZone is the system we use in the Coaching Zone studio to track members' efforts and ensure that their workout experience is personalised to their fitness goals.

Genesis Health + Fitness premium members receive a Myzone Heart Rate belt when they sign up. This is worn during workouts and displays your heart rate, calories burnt, and MEPs on screens in the Zone.
