Frame Running - Follow my journey This page is for people who are interested in following my frame running journey. I hope to make it all the way to represent Australia at the 2028 Paralympics.

I have cerebal palsey and frame running is a great way to help my mobility and co-ordination.

Update for everyone I’ve entered the Essendon gift November 12  My first ever race after doing the 5K run. It’s going to be great to meet other athletes with race running
