Tone and Trim Zone As busy women, we don't have time to waste. Tone & Trim Zone runs a Fitness Studio for Women. We promote health & fitness in a safe caring environment.

Tone & Trim Zone offer a unique 30 minute workout that consists of a circuit with pin weighted resistence machines & floor exercises with an option of group classes. There is a team of 5 Trainers who are all have Certificate IV's in Fitness Training and are members of Fitness Australia. The age range of our members runs between 13 - 83yrs old and we have all shapes and sizes but we all have one thing in common we all striving to take care of our health. We run a very personalised service and are very keen to help as many women in our local community as possible.

I recently moved to Ringwood East.
I knew no one and decided to join the gym closest to my home hoping to meet some locals, as well as maintain and enhance my fitness.
Everyone has been very welcoming and I really enjoy the activities at the gym.
It has been a positive move, both for my fitness and socially.
