🏏 JOIN THE RCC COACHING TEAM! 🏏
Ridgley Cricket Club is on the lookout for passionate coaches to be part of our growing club 💪

✨ HEAD COACH (Playing or Non-Playing)
Lead, inspire and help shape the future of RCC!
🔹 Oversee training across 5 teams (BCL & Cricket Northwest Women’s)
🔹 Create a safe, fun & high-quality training environment
🔹 Be involved in our Woolworths Blast junior program 🌟
🔹 Support player development alongside assistant coaches
🔹 Work with captains on team selections
✔️ Must have (or be willing to get):
• CA Advanced Coach Accreditation
• WWVP Card
💰 Paid role – remuneration negotiable

✨ ASSISTANT / SKILLS COACH (Playing or Non-Playing)
Help develop our players and build club strength 🙌
🔹 Assist with training sessions (batting, bowling & fielding)
🔹 Support player development (group & 1:1 coaching)
🔹 Provide feedback to Head Coach
✔️ Must have (or be willing to get):
• CA Community Coach Accreditation
• WWVP Card
💰 Remuneration negotiable
