2026 Nominations For Life Membership of the Modbury Sports and Community Club

Life Membership of the Modbury Sporting Club Inc. shall be looked upon as the highest honour bestowed upon any financial member of the Club whose service to the Club has been over a long period in a voluntary capacity whether to a Sporting Section or the Management Committee of the Club.

Eligibility under normal circumstances shall be ten years as an official, on committee, or in a playing capacity. A combination of any of the above criteria may be accepted in arriving at eligibility. Under exceptional circumstances meritorious service of the highest order for a minimum of six years may be considered in arriving at eligibility.

Nominations for Life Membership may be made in the following ways:

- By the Committee of the Sporting Section or Auxiliaries if formed giving details of service and placed in sealed envelope marked “Nominations for Life Membership”.
- These nominations shall be forwarded to the Management Committee who shall pass them on unopened to the Sub Committee of Life Members so appointed by Management for evaluation.
- The Management Committee of the Modbury Sporting Club Inc. may forward their own “Nominations for Life Membership” and any written nomination received by them from financial members of the club to the Life Members Sub Committee for evaluation.
