Strength and Stretch round 3 starts May 11th! Intake now open.

At the moment in Bendy Back we are focusing on neck bending - which is very technical and it means I get to yap a lot, so one of my favourite topics. This can help make your desk work a little less painful and your pole tricks a little safer.

Program 2 is available to join until this Sunday! So, what's included?
- a 9 week gym program that includes strength, cardio and flexibility training guides
- access to our group chat where you can ask me anything for the next 9 weeks
- weekly check in videos to guide you week to week and keep you motivated
- a clear spreadsheet for tracking all of your progress

As with everything I create its been made with pole dancers in mind, although this program is perfectly suitable for general population. This program will suit you if you have some history of gym training (even if you haven't been recently).

To complete the program all you need is the ebook from my website, whatsapp and a gym membership.

Do you need a gym program? If you're sick of starting programs and not making it to the end of them this one is for you.

Instead of just buying a structured gym progam you'll also get access to me for the full 9 weeks to help you whenever you get stuck, as well as weekly check-in videos posted to the group before each week starts.

The best motivation is you will be starting at the same time as everyone else (March 9th) so the group is counting on you to get your butt to the gym 🥲

I had a lot of success from S&S 1 and when I have more time for socials I will post some reviews from the round 1 girlies!

The program has options to suit varying skill and commitment levels and as always with everything I do this program keeps in mind that you are probably doing pole on the side while also being appropriate for general population. This program requires a gym membership, whatsapp and at least some basic gym exercise knowledge.

Before and after cues from a private session with . Not only can proper cues results in a more aesthetic shape but also a much more comfortable position that you will be able to hold longer. These photos were only taken a few minutes and one short conversation apart.

Hisako and I have been hanging out weekly to work on her flexibility. Since training together she has started to notice some improvements in areas she has been stuck on for a while, increased strength from home training and a decrease in pain.

I love working with Hisako because she has clear goals and always does her homework. I really look forward to our weekly catch ups. She is also very good at understanding the flexibility techniques which not only benefits her but also her students.

If you would like to start doing weekly privates I have spots available on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays. Discounted sessions are available for instructors, performers and professional dancers. Please reach out for a free initial consultation via DM 🙂
