Aoife travelled to Melbourne from Ireland and decided to start strength training at GIV to address some ๐™ข๐™–๐™Ÿ๐™ค๐™ง ๐™ž๐™ข๐™—๐™–๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™š๐™จ to ๐™ž๐™ข๐™ฅ๐™ง๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š ๐™๐™š๐™ง ๐™ฅ๐™ค๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ง๐™š and strength. However, this decision changed her lifestyle entirely, and now, weight training is a part of her daily routine while she is back home.
