Quiet in nature, sharp in skill, Justin brings a unique depth to our coaching team. His roots are in strength training, but his passion and expertise have evolved into the world of calisthenics and gymnastics style movement, think muscle-ups, handstands, and planche work that demand control, discipline, and real power.

His sessions are structured, technical, and purposeful, but always delivered with patience and a focus on the clients in front of him. As the one leading our group training program, Justin helps members build true strength, mobility, and body awareness, all without the noise or ego.
