We can meet your body where it's at, then continue progressing and challenging it in different ways.

✨ Mat Side Bend: Pure bodyweight strength. Challenging shoulder stability, obliques and strength of the whole lateral system!

✨ Reformer Star: Dynamic, athletic and demanding. The moving carriage challenges shoulder stability, balance, control while lighting up the lateral system.

✨ Chair Mermaid: A beautiful stretch that demands length, shoulder stability and awareness - everyone loves mermaid!

We are looking for a passionate Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to join our team!

This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven studio that values science backed movement, education, genuine connection and ongoing growth.

Shifts are a mix of studio sessions, private 1:1s, semi-private 4:1s and small group Reformer/mat classes (8:1).

Same same… but different!

Teaser on the mat.

Teaser on the reformer.

Teaser on the chair.

They all look similar, but they each challenge your body in a completely different way.

✨ Mat Teaser: Just you, your bodyweight and gravity. There's nothing to push into and nowhere to hide. You need to create the lift, control and balance entirely from within your own body.

✨ Reformer Teaser: The moving carriage adds an extra layer of coordination and control, but the springs provide valuable feedback and something extra to connect into.

✨ Chair Teaser: The springs also provide assistance and feedback, helping you discover the pathway into the movement. The challenge lies in coordinating the movement well enough to make use of that support.
