Last week our Ladies section 3 team lost their semi final by 4 games. Always a close match vs Bundoora. Well done on a great season regardless, finishing 1st on the ladder. A big thank you to Sarah Lam from our section 5 team who filled in for the semi final, due to 3 of section 3 ladies being unavailable. Bad timing!

Well done to our section 2 Mixed team in making the semi final on Thursday. Their first season together as a team. Unfortunately after a hot start, they went down to Eaglemont 1. You can hold our heads high with good sportsmanship! Always more important than a win on the board.

Next season starts the first week in August.

Tonight we have our section 3 Men’s team vs Rosanna in the Grand Final .
Tomorrow night is the postponed Semi Final for our section 3 Ladies vs Bundoora.
Thursday night our section 2 Mixed team will play their Semi Final away, vs Eaglemont 1.

Well done to our section 3 men’s team in their semi final win last night. A great performance, winning all 6 sets and 36 games to 17. The team was dominant against quality opponents West Lalor.
Playing in the final were Dion, Nicholas, Noah & Winston. (on the bench Declan & James). Each player has contributed to the teams success so far this season.
