3 Tips for bulking ✅

1️⃣Plan your phases based on how you feel about your physique not your weight. Sometimes the weight you want doesn’t give you the look you want. Pushing the bulk to a certain target weight only causes stress and accumulation of unnecessary body fat gain (especially if you have a timeframe).

2️⃣Use your energy wisely. On a bulk you will have more energy. Use this energy to progressive overload. Push yourself to increase weights, reps and intensity.

3️⃣Protein Intake. You need to give yourself adequate protein for your muscles to grow and recover. Most people focus on just increasing carbs and fats to hit their calories, but not even consuming adequate levels of protein. (Your target needs to be at least 2g X Bodyweight)
