Round 1 is just around the corner!!
Take a look at the club's upcoming schedule as we head outdoors on Tuesday before kicking off with a practice match against Sunday, Then heading into Tuesday, Thursday trainings plus dinner before the 1's 2's and Women's teams have their first game on the first weekend of October. Followed by the rest of the club the following week.

Hi all it’s that time of year
It’s time to rally the troops
Our first Thursday night dinner will be October 1st and we would love your help in getting everyone along to kick the season off. Spread the word Even without team selections reach out to those you’ve played with in the past or trying to in the future and encourage them to come along for our first club night.

Time to switch on to cricket season start following and sharing on the socials turn heja back on and see you on the 1st

We’re pleased to announce that Josh Turner has re-signed with the Research Eltham Collegians Cricket Club for the upcoming season.

After captaining the club, Josh has decided to step down from the role this season in order to prioritise being a new father.

Josh has been a great leader for the club and we’re looking forward to having him remain a key part of the team. 🏏🔥

Women’s Cricket at Research in 2026/27🏏
Ever wanted to give Cricket a go? Or looking for a new team or a new challenge and a great group of people.

Our women’s credit program is welcoming people of all ages and skills for season 2026/27.

Whether you’ve played before or never played cricket before. You’re welcome to join.

Come along learn new skills, stay active during the summer months and most importantly meet great people and join a great community.

2nd XI captain announcement

Congratulations to Evan McCormack who has been appointed captain of our 2nd XI.

Evan filled in as captain throughout last season and now will step into the position full time

Evan has been playing cricket at Research since he was a junior and will no doubt do a great job as skipper
