Good morning, Wondeful Yogis, There has been some exciting developments in my life, and sadly, I will no longer teach yoga at the Community Centre on a Wednesday evening. It has been an absolute pleasure sharing our yoga time together. It is my hope that another local yogi can offer the Douglas community an opportunity to relax and release.
