Only 6 Weeks left of this term can you believe that!
If you have been thinking of making a change for the good why not commit to our next 6 Week Challenge which starts Mon 31st Oct 2022 at Hodkinson St Redlynch or come on down tomorrow at 7am for our Saturday session.

What you should expect for this Challenge is:
- Small 45min Outdoor Group Fitness Classes,
- Have a dedicated PT guiding you every step of the way.
- A new challenge every week,
- See a friendly face when you arrive,
- Make new friends, and
- Be ready to SWEAT and have a laugh every session.

How to get over gym/fitness group classes anxiety?

Fitness group classes anxiety is a real thing. If you’re like most people, the idea of going to a gym or joining classes is enough to make your palms sweat and your heart start racing. It's not just the fear of looking silly or incompetent that can make it hard to go for it. It's also the feeling that you're being judged by everyone around you—the people are too fit, and it's just… too much… It can be so intimidating!

But there is something you can do about it:

First things first: get over yourself. It's OK if you're not in the best shape of your life right now. Everyone starts somewhere. Don’t compare yourself to other people or feel like you're not good enough, instead focus on making yourself better today than you were yesterday. And remember, most people in the gym or class have or have had some kind of similar insecurity.

Second thing: don't be afraid of failure! You won't fail unless you don't try at all, so go ahead and push yourself a little bit further than usual today. Remember: no one knows what they're doing when they first start working out; everyone's learning as they go along!

Lastly, remember why you're there in the first place: because you want to improve yourself and be your best self! You don’t want also to miss out on an opportunity to meet new people and expand your social circle, for sure!

So if you're looking for something new and exciting try out these options! You'll be surprised how much fun they can be!

So that means our last 9 Week Challenge for the year is on again and start Mon 10th Oct 2022 at Hodkinson St Redlynch.

Ladies,
We only have two (2) Saturday sessions left this term 3rd Sep & 17th Sep.

Why not come down this Saturday 3rd Sep for a High Intensity Cardio/Core workout. These classes can be tailored to your fitness level.

Sessions are 45mins and we train outdoors at Hodkinson St Park near the park.

All you need is a towel, mat & water bottle.

Why not bring a friend.

If you are looking to get some outdoor group fitness 🌴 in your life why not come along and commit to Make a Change Fitness.
You get to choose how many classes per week you would like to do 🤔 and then pick how many weeks you would like to commit too.

This term is 9 weeks.

Classes are small and friendly and run for 45mins.😀
