☀️ Course Update

The sun is shining and our grounds team is out on course busy mowing greens and tees, as well as repairing cart paths.

We’d like to remind all golfers that when “Carts on Paths” is in effect, it’s essential to stay on the paths at all times. Please refer to the attached images, where you can see the damage cause by a cart on the fairways and rough. Remember on the path means on the path, not alongside it.

With a bit of luck and some continued dry weather this week, we’re hoping to be able start our Championship events later this week.

Another big day for our grounds staff doing what they can to help dry the course out.

What a glorious sunrise!

Our grounds staff are out on course with a big job ahead of them following in excessive of 200 mm of rain this week.

Course is open today, players have already started teeing off in today’s competition. It is tee up, bunkers are out to play and it is walking only.

Bring on more sunshine and wind!!

Pennant results this week ⛳

Our Senior Midweek Challenge team played an away match against Brisbane Golf Club, while our Friday Women’s team took on Royal Queensland at Wynnum.

Unfortunately both teams went down 4/3 in closely contested matches. Let’s get behind both teams and cheer them on for next week!
