Welcome to Zumba With Kez! I'm all about fun fitness for all ages, and Zumba is just that. For that workout in disguise, Zumba is the perfect exercise.

I have been a ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) since May 2015. Not only do I teach Zumba, but I am also qualified in Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids and Kids Jr. All ages are encouraged from 4 to 100+! Zumba Gold is perfect for beginners, older active adults and also disabilities. Physical restrictions are not always a barrier to fitness. SO DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY!!!

Tonight my Monday night Zumba crew brought the goods for their last class with me 💃

They danced, sweated & woowhooed they little hearts out 💖

As Zumba With Kez is coming to a close this is your last chance this week to catch a class with me.

The countdown is on! 2 classes left & I’m hanging up my instructor hat for good 😢

Tuesday 5:45pm & Thursday 5:45pm. Both classes are at Club Coops at Carseldine. No membership needed, but bookings via the club are essential.

Maybe I’ll see some extra faces this week that I haven’t seen for a while 🤔

It was a sad day today as I said goodbye to my Saturday morning Zumba family 😢

Thank you all so much for showing up every Saturday morning bright & early with a smile on your face 😄

I didn’t except any of the beautiful gifts 🎁 You all spoiled me so much 🥰

I’m sure I will see you all again for another dance 💃

Seriously, I have no words!!!! (I know right! very unusual for me 🤣)

Ok ok, so I may have something to say 😘

As our last classes together come to an end today, I just want to say thank you!

Thank you for showing up every Thursday, thank you for having fun every week, thank you for all you support over our many years together & thank you for the amazing gifts, cards/balloons full of beautiful words 😍 I really didn’t except any of it 😱

I’ve held strong all week with no tears & then........... 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I promise I’ll post some more pics from today, but if I do it now, the tears will start flowing again xx
