By using skateboarding to teach the fundamental skills needed to achieve success within themselves both in skateboarding and life. Therapeutic Sk8 Mentoring can assist both recreational and sponsored skateboarders by tailoring programs suit the needs of both individuals or groups. Sk8 Therapy not only teaches safe participation in skateboarding, we also incorporate a mentoring approach to each ses

sion. By creating a therapeutic environment through encouragement and positive interactions we allow each participant to reflect not just on skateboarding but on the skills and benefits they have gained from skateboarding.

Q. Why are you before school workshops so early?
A. This allows you to take your child home and get ready for school.
Q. Do I have to book for all session?
A. No, but the more sessions you attend the more progress can be made.
Q. Is booking essential?
A. Yes 100%, this allows us to prepare and quality session for all attendants.
Q. Do I have to stay during session?
A. No, but we require to be informed of when you are leaving and your return time. Emergency contact numbers are part of registration.
Q. What's needed?
A. Skateboard and helmet are minimum requirements, we have pads available for purchase if needed or wanted.
