2 years of CF43 🎉

We celebrated the best way we know how — with an in-house comp for our members, good vibes, lots of cheering, some healthy competition, prizes, and cake to finish it off 🍰🏋️‍♂️

Nate and I are incredibly proud of how far this community has come in the last two years. What makes this place special isn’t just the training, it’s the people in it 💙

To our coaches, members, friends, and everyone who’s supported us along the way — thank you 🙏 The community we’ve built together is something we never take for granted 💙

Big shout out to , who stepped up to the challenge alongside Nate. Toby has put in the hard yards over the last few months and achieved an unbelievable weight loss of over 20kgs in the process….absolutely massive effort! 👏

Another huge shout out to those who tackled the event twice yesterday — competing once in the same-sex pairs division and then backing it up again in the afternoon mixed division. and .red, you guys are insane! 🔥

It was awesome to see that your main training is CrossFit but still absolutely kicked ass in a cardio-dominant sport 💪😜

And last, but definitely not least, one of our amazing coaches, , celebrated her birthday at Paladin yesterday 🎂 Thank you to cas and for the smash cake and helping make the day extra special

Updated time table 🕐

We have changed our 9am class to 9:15am, this is to allow parents doing school drop off enough time to get to the gym.

We have also now opened up Tuesday 9:15am.

We offer skills, weightlifting and kids classes also.

As we wrap up another incredible year for CF43, we’re reminded that our community wouldn’t be what it is today without our amazing coaches and every single member who brings good vibes, commitment, and heart into the gym.

Our fun Christmas dress-up was the perfect way to show off everyone’s quirky, playful side. With laughter, great vibes, and plenty of festive spirit, we all let our hair down and celebrated the progress, achievements, and milestones we’ve smashed together throughout the year.
