Spring Yin & Acupressure | Sat 12 Sept with Tracey 🌸
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Wood element, representing growth, expansion and our ability to move forward with clarity and purpose. It is also connected to the liver and gallbladder meridians, which are believed to support the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. When this energy feels stagnant, we may experience tension, frustration or a sense of feeling stuck. By gently tending to these pathways, we can support greater ease, balance and vitality as we transition into the new season.
This Saturday, 12 September, join Tracey for a nourishing Yin & Acupressure Immersion created to support this seasonal shift. Acupressure is a gentle practice that applies steady pressure to specific points on the body, helping to release tension, restore balance and encourage the natural flow of energy.
Woven throughout long-held, grounding yin postures, these acupressure points offer an opportunity to slow down, soften and listen inwardly. Together, the practices create space for the body to unwind and for fresh energy, clarity and intention to emerge.
A beautiful way to welcome spring. Feeling grounded, open and ready for the season ahead.
