My new website is up and running, now I am going to explore the world of google ad words and social media marketing, its a big wide world out there. Having relied on word of mouth and referrals for business all this time, is it possible I can create a fitness empire???

Saturday group fitness is off and running with a full class last Sat. morning, thank you to all those who came along. Looking at running a second class during the week so stay tuned for an update of day and time for the second class.

today is a glorious day, warm and sunny the view from my studio is fabulous makes you feel glad to be alive and kicking. I cant wait for those warm summer days at the beach, have to do some training first though...

Picked up my promotional vinyl banner today from signarama it looks great, I'm going to use it up at Red Hill at the studio and also at fetes, markets etc wherever else I can think of promoting myself. Last day of winter today, yay, time to step up my own training and get my six pack back.......no more kit kats for me :(

I took Souths rugby union 1st grade side for a session yesterday as a guest trainer before their grand final next Sunday, 400's, 200's, sprints and relays countless burpees and stuff, I enjoyed the session a lot. They are a fit bunch of blokes, good luck to them this Sunday 11am at Ballymore. :)

skipping has to be one of, if not the best cardio exercise you can get, try skipping rope for 15 minutes and see how you go, I guarantee your heart rate will be through the roof and your shoulders and legs will let you know they have been working hard. Mix up your skipping technique with running style, high knees, high heels and two feet jumping :)
