Postura, Former Pulse, opened its doors in April of 2007 in Paddington, moved to Red Hill and has grown substantially since this time. Pulse strives to offer something different to Brisbane residents. The team at Postura provides a highly specialised approach to injury management, integrating the latest research in injury rehabilitation to comprehensive injury management plans. They utilise their

knowledge of both traditional and modified forms of the Pilates technique to provide a highly engaging and progressive Pilates workout on both equipment and mat. They maintain limited class numbers to maximise the benefits of every workout, and provide a multi-disciplinary approach to healthy living through the input of highly qualified health professionals. Postura has a passionate team of Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors. All instructors have extensive training in their field of expertise and provide a comprehensive, safe and thoroughly effective form of Pilates training and treatment for injury rehabilitation. Postura has recently moved to a larger newly renovated studio. The benefits of increased floor space with a newly enhanced class timetable makes getting fit and staying healthy so much easier! We are excited to offer a range of services including:

Physiotherapy
Pilates private
Pilates group reformer with a maximum of 6 people per class
Pilates group Mat and barre with a maximum of 8 people per class
