A big thank you to the Mildura Muscle Car Club for having Crowies Paints Mildura at your club meeting last night for our first-ever trade night!

It was great to meet so many passionate car enthusiasts and talk about our growing range of automotive products. We showcased our complete automotive paint systems from start to finish, along with our new automotive car care range designed to help achieve professional results.

We appreciate everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and shared their projects with us. We look forward to supporting the local automotive community and attending more events in the future.

🏆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗦𝗞𝗔𝗔 𝗔𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 🏆

The Speedway Karting Association of Australia is proud to announce that the 2027 Australian Championship will be held at Australian Racing Products Redline Raceway on 24-25 April 2027.

With competitors travelling from across Australia, the nation's best speedway karters will go head-to-head in what promises to be an action-packed weekend of high-intensity racing, fierce competition, and unforgettable moments.

SKAA President Peter Green said:

"Bringing the Australian Title to Redline Raceway has been a bucket list item for quite some time as the team at Redline Raceway continues to put in the time and effort to build a quality venue within Victoria. It's been some time since SKAA Karts have raced at Redline Raceway, but that only adds to the excitement, as all drivers will head into the weekend on an even playing field."

The current event format will see practice and the first three rounds of heats completed on Saturday, before the final round of heats and championship-deciding finals are contested on Sunday.

Adding to the excitement, Saturday night will also see the return of racing under lights, creating an atmosphere that competitors and spectators alike won't want to miss.

Whether you're chasing Australian Championship glory or coming to witness the best speedway kart racers in the country battle it out, Redline Raceway is the place to be this April.

Allpowers 2026 recap

Morning session saw Jai and Addison race the junior class

Jai

Final
Pole position was a 3 way tie between the top 3 with fastest lap getting pole

Jai started p2 and Addison p3
Jai coming home with a podium finish p2
Addison unfortunately had engine issues still come home in P6
Congratulations to Molly Downie from Downie Family Racing for taking pole and feature win in her last race as a junior competitor

Afternoon session seen them run the KT junior std class to make up numbers in the class luckily we had 303kart available for Addison to use and Jai 57kart having an extra 15kg added during the week (had use same kart for both classes) and quick engine change

Both Jai and Addison had trouble getting their head around the KT std and quickly they foul the plug so the first 2 heats were non start due the fouled plugs
Heat 3 after having advice from Jabba and Darren how to clear the plug they we able to finish that heat
Final seen them start from the rear at the 🏁 Addison finished on the podium in p3 and Jai in P4 which we were happy

Thanks to everyone Jabba, Darren, Ivan, Jordan and Brock helping out with engine change and the rest of stuff that need to be done between the morning and afternoon session without them the kids wouldn't have made it out due the quick turnaround time

Speedway Karting Association of Australasia Australian title recap

Friday practice was a R&D session with Jai and Addison using new engines

Saturday Anzac Day

We done our pre race checks and starts then Jai and Addison realised that S57 had a bent rear axle that we workout to from a incident for Avalon (Jai had said it hasn't been the same since then....🤫 He was right I was wrong)
Jai and Addison had 2 heat races which saw us still chasing gear which saw us still chasing gearing and set up finishing mid pack

Sunday
Jai woke up with the man flu and temp of 37.5 and wasn't feeling the best but still wanted to finish the title.

Jai and Addison had another 2 heats and we were still looking for a set up to come the final
Jai was 9th on points and Addison 10th

There were great battles throughout the final race and few points thought they were going to take each other out but luckily they didn't.
As the race progressed they slowly started picking karts off one passing on the low side and high side as they got up to 6th place kart Addison passed him on the top side Jai on bottom side and was cut off by him then had to watch Addison drive away from them both then took a few laps to get pass him.
With 5 to go a caution came out Addison had made a few more spots up to p2 and Jai to p4 I think my heat stopped realising their positions
The last few laps were a blur as nerves got the better me

Jai 5th
Addison aus3
To say I'm proud of the kids would be an understatement
Jai's never give up attitude and always gives 110% regardless even when he feeling unwell or not
Addison 8th race and bring home the A3

Our team is little and our budget is even smaller than most we are proud to accomplish 2 karts in the top 5
