CONSCIOUS BREATHING

The nose has a right side and a left side; we use both to breathe in and out. They are actually different: the right represents the sun and the left the Moon

During a headache, try closing your right nostril and use your left to breathe. After about five minutes, the headache should go away.

If you feel tired, do the opposite: close the left nostril and breathe through the right. In a moment your mind will feel relieved.

The right side belongs to the "heat" (The Sun), so it heats up quickly, the left is the "cold" (The Moon)

Most women breathe with the left side of their noses. Most men breathe through the right nostril

Pay attention, when you wake up, on which side do you breathe better, on the right or on the left? If it is to the left you will feel tired

Then close the left nostril and use the right to breathe, you will feel relieved quickly

This should be taught to children and is very effective in adults as well.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING. “The body becomes strong and healthy; the excess of fat disappears, the face glows, the eyes sparkle and a particular charm emerges from the whole personality.
